Precision machined plastic
components and assemblies are produced to customer's drawings
using CNC machinery to ensure consistent manufacturing. Components
can be produced from synthetic resin bonded sheets, angles or
tubes combined with metal parts and supplied as assemblies.
Design Review
Products are designed, with our customers
for performance and inherent product reliability. The AutoCAD
design review includes, base materials, product specifications,
tolerances, operational conditions and system size and parts.
Designs are inspected and then passed on to the machine shop
to generate prototype models.
Prototypes
MICAM produces fully functional engineering
prototypes, for testing and evaluation. Our design team selects
machine component materials that have been tried and proven.
Many years of experience in this field has allowed the development
of the expertise and capability to created dimensionally accurate
engineering prototype models, in advance of the main production
series.
MICAM is fully equipped
with the most up to date machinery encompassing CNC Machining
Centre, CNC Routing and Milling and linked to a full 3D CAD-CAM
