Manufacturing is based on advanced flow line technology designed to
achieve the optimum printing capability.
By utilising the most advanced screen printing process flow line where
print registration is based on optical alignment and where holes and
profile shapes are punched using fine piercing pressing technology,
the company is able to manufacture fine line close tolerance circuitry.
The aim of this particular system is to optimise the advantages inherent
in the process to provide a fine line capability combined with reduced
handling, which results in consistent and efficient production. These
benefits are then passed on to our customers so that we can offer
rapid response and consistent quality at affordable costs across a
range of batch sizes .
