SlickFit is an interior wall cladding system designed for use within BAA buildings that meets the aesthetic appearance, durability requirements and fire performance demands. SlikFit uses MICAM LSM21 panels. LSM21 is a Class O material (England & Wales Building Regulations) and also has very low smoke and toxic fume emission when exposed to fire. The Slikfit system has been tested in both vertical and lateral orientations under EN13823 with performance easily compliant against the requirements of EuroClass B.
The fixing system uses a primary and secondary fixing mechanisms. The primary fixing system uses a concealed interlocking system designed to fix the system to the wall substrate. In contrast to traditional gravity hung systems, this method of fixing eliminates the risk of panels becoming dislodged from impact or blast shock loading, The secondary frame fixing system provides a joining method between panels and provides top, bottom and end track details that provide design accent. This system ensures ease and speed of installation.
